HEART CRY

on a dark but cold night,
i strained to see the light
i yearned to feel the heat
but i felt i had no right.
so i took a walk
in hope to find someone to talk
but then i felt stalked
so i turned around
and the world felt round
round? no, empty
where is everyone?
even God's only son
above the sky there was no sun
roundabout then, i saw an opening
and so i hopped in
and realized it was a drift
towards light and heat
just then, my eyes sprung open, shut,
open, shut, open.
oh! what a dream.
